The form on this page
Enter your registered mobile number, choose how the code should reach you, prove you own the number with that code, then confirm deletion in a second step. The form is at the bottom of this page and runs the moment you confirm.
This is a public page for requesting deletion of your Aman Fix account. No sign-in and no app download are needed — the form at the bottom of this page works right away, after a code sent to your number proves the number is yours.
The fastest route — no more than three taps from the home screen:
As soon as you confirm, your sessions are revoked on every device and the account is shut down for good: it accepts no further sign-in and cannot be restored.
You do not have to reinstall it. You have two routes:
Enter your registered mobile number, choose how the code should reach you, prove you own the number with that code, then confirm deletion in a second step. The form is at the bottom of this page and runs the moment you confirm.
Sign in to the Aman Fix website with the same number, then go to “Account” → “Delete account”. It works from any browser without the app, and it is the only route for maintenance centres.
Said plainly before you decide: deletion shuts down the account for good; it does not erase its history. Below are two tables with nothing glossed over — the first is what actually stops at that moment, the second is what stays with us, on what basis and for how long. Retention is not a commercial choice: every line of it carries an accounting, legal, or protective reason stated next to it.
| Data | What happens to it | When |
|---|---|---|
| Access to your account | Closed for good: sign-in is refused by every route, and the system answers as though the account did not exist | On confirmation — irreversible |
| Sessions open on your devices | All revoked at that same moment, in the app and in the browser alike | On confirmation |
| Mobile number | Released from the account so it can be used to register a new one (a copy stays inside the retained record) | On confirmation |
| National ID (technicians) | Released as well, so it does not stop you registering again | On confirmation |
| Username and the email tied to the account | Released and parked, so they no longer reserve your identity against a new account | On confirmation |
| Your service-provider profile (technician or centre) | Taken out of service: no order is dispatched to it, no job is assigned to it, and no customer sees it | On confirmation |
| Data | What happens to it | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Maintenance orders and their details (service, address, date, amount) | Kept in full, attached to the retained record — the basis is our accounting obligation, settling the other party's dues, and evidencing what happened in a dispute | At least 5 years from the transaction date |
| Invoices, financial transactions, and accounting and tax entries | Kept as they are — an accounting and tax obligation we cannot waive, and one a deletion request does not override | 5 years from the transaction date |
| Reviews and comments you published publicly | Remain published — the other party's right to a documented reputation does not lapse because the reviewer deleted their account | For as long as the public content exists |
| Chats, attachments, and fault photos tied to your orders | Kept to establish or defend a right should a dispute or warranty claim arise | 5 years, or until the dispute ends — whichever is later |
| Verification (KYC) documents and the verification video for technicians and centres | Kept as evidence that we verified the people who entered other people's homes, as the law requires | The validity period of the verification and what the law requires afterwards |
| Your account details (name, legal name, gender, date of birth, picture) | Stay on the retained record and are shown to nobody on the platform after deletion — they are what ties the records above to their owner in a claim or an investigation | Alongside the records they belong to |
| Account, sign-in, and activity logs | Kept to prevent fraud and abuse, and to detect a repeat offence under a new account | A limited period sufficient to investigate, then aggregated or deleted |
The retention periods above are based on the applicable law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, currently the active country. See also Sections 21 and 23 of the Privacy Policy.
There is no grace period: the account is shut down the moment you give the final confirmation, and that is irreversible — but your data is not erased; it stays retained as detailed above.
If you have a maintenance order still in progress, or an unsettled balance owed by you or to you, deletion will not proceed and you will see a message naming the reason and the order or amount involved. Settle what you owe, collect what is owed to you, then request again — deletion cancels no live order and forfeits no party's right. These two reasons are the only ones that hold deletion back, and both are in your own hands.
Deletion does not shut you out. The moment it runs, your mobile number, national ID, and username are released from the old account, so you can register again with the same details whenever you like, with no waiting period. The new account starts from zero: it inherits no orders, no reviews, no wallet, no verification, and no earlier standing, and it needs full re-verification if you are a technician or a maintenance centre. The one exception is in the next section.
If the platform's administration had blocked your account, your mobile number and national ID stay blocked after deletion and cannot open a new account — otherwise deletion itself would be the way around a block. If you try to register with them, the system will say plainly that the number (or the national ID) is blocked, and will show the reason as it was written along with the end date if the block is temporary, so you are never left at a closed door without a word of explanation. The block is an administrative decision independent of your account: it survives the account's disappearance, and it ends when its term expires or the administration lifts it.
To delete without signing in and without installing the app: enter your number, choose how the code should reach you, prove the number is yours with that code, then confirm deletion. A code is only ever sent to a number that actually has an account, and deletion runs the moment you confirm.
The form is unavailable right now
Sending verification codes is temporarily switched off, so ownership of the number cannot be verified from this page at the moment. Delete your account from the app, or by signing in on the website, as described in sections 1 and 2 above — both routes work and delete immediately.
Your right to request deletion of your account is set out in the Privacy Policy, and we do not ask you for a reason to exercise it.
Deletion is carried out by shutting the account down for good, revoking its sessions, and releasing its distinguishing identifiers (mobile number, national ID, username) so you can return with them if you wish, while retaining the records set out in section 3.
The basis for that retention is four grounds and no more: the accounting and tax obligation to keep financial records · establishing or defending a right in an existing or potential dispute · preventing fraud and abuse of the platform · protecting the rights of the other party to the transaction (the customer or the service provider).
Retention is confined to those purposes: no marketing, no sale, and no advertising sharing of your data after deletion.
We may refuse a request in whole or in part where it conflicts with a legal obligation on us or affects the rights of others, and we will tell you why.
We respond within 30 days of verifying your identity; for complex requests the period may be extended once, with notice of the reason.
